The Naturally Your Weight program is a series of 12 weekly Empowering Life Coaching sessions that empowers, helps, and guides individuals to set themselves free from the "weight" or what's bothering them inside by getting to the root or core of these "weight" issues to go from where they are to where they want to be!
Create the Life You Want!
The Create the Life You Want program utilizes the best selling book, Empowerment: The Art of Creating Your Life as You Want It! by David Gershon and Gail Straub and focuses on personal power, powerful core beliefs, and the seven key areas of your life - emotions, relationships, sexuality, body, money, work, and spirituality along with a series of 12 weekly Empowering Life Coaching sessions to envision and create what you truly want in your life!
